It is a replica of the German Wheel Lock pistol of 1630. It has a 16 mm calibre steel barrel. This model was widely used by the German cavalry during the 30 Year War. It is made of walnut wood and has steel fittings. It weighs 1,300 grams. It works with authentic pyrite and its design was based on an original model which was quartered for its reproduction.
