It is the Enfield model that belongs to the late 1850’s and it was constructed by the Barnett Company in London. It was used by the English regiments wherever they were and by the different troops that bought it, for example during the Uruguay War it was used by the Portuguese Empire. It is made of walnut, polished brass fittings and the rest was made of steel. Barrel: steel, conical exterior, plain interior (as in the original). Caliber: 15 mm. Lock: front action percussion.
