It is a conventional design based on standard Browning principles, with a box magazine holding 15 cartridges. Optional it can be equipped with tactical light or laser pointer. It is made entirely from steel, except the cover grip. In 1941, the Cugir factory produced the first weapon of Romanian conception, 9 mm caliber machine gun, Parabellum, “Orita” type. Since 1945 the Cugir factory has produced military products corresponding to soviet technology. Today, S.C. Uzina Mecanica Cugir S.A., Romanian company with over 200 years of experience, is in final stage of homologation and accreditation with NATO standards |
