Cold Radial Forging GFM SX-10 for barrel production

The radial forging SX-10 is the ideal machine for the production of:

Long barrels in 5.56 mm and 7.62 mm calibers

Pistol barrels in 9 mm caliber, with or without cartridge chamber

Shotgun barrels, when equipped with the appropriate configuration

The machine is capable of producing all types of internal profiles, including specially designed 4- or 6-groove rifling, which represents the standard application of the SX-10.

It is suitable for forging all types of barrels with cartridge chambers from 5 mm to 10 mm, using steel grades with characteristics similar to 42CrMo4.

The line has been completely disassembled, refurbished, repaired, and upgraded with original spare parts, and has been tested.

A new Siemens SINUMERIK ONE CNC system will be installed, and the machine will be delivered with warranty.

The machine is currently located in our warehouse in Italy and is available for inspection by prior appointment.
