GENERAL - WHO WE ARE

We are a group of technology companies under German ownership for more than 130 years.

Our core expertise is in the wider metal processing industry with specific expertise in automotive, semiconductor, heavy equipment industry.

Technically, we have a history in areas of metallurgy, electrochemistry, mechanical engineering, automation, equipment (re)design and facility planning/building.

Requip (registered in Poland) is one of our engineering services companies and is focused on retrofitting, customizing and refurbishing some of the world‘s leading radial forging equipment, typically in the range of hundreds and thousands of tons per installation.

We have worked on and sold equipment from respected manufacturers such as Waldrich Siegen, Zayer, Herkules and GFM to demanding customers in multiple countries.

SPECIFICS - MILITARY APPLICATIONS

Some of the equipments we sell is dual use (military and civilian).

We currently have three radial cold forging units available (GFM SHK 10, two tested units ready to ship immediately, one unit ready in September) each one capable to produce 46.000 barrels per year (5-10 mm caliber including 5,56 mm, 7,62 mm and 9 mm) plus shotgun barrels.

The production capacity is based on an average of 12 barrels per hour, 8 h shifts and 2 shifts per day during a 5 day week.

Theoretically (3 shifts, 6 days per week), the units can each produce close to 7000 barrels per month. 

The new versions of these units cost a multiple of our price and typically take 18 - 24 months to deliver.

Our units have been completely disassembled, refurbished, repaired, upgraded with original spares and tested.

They come with warranty.

So, for a company wanting the fastest possible installation and production start there really is no good alternative.

As we work closely with the original manufacturer GFM we can help to start production rapidly. In case you need assistance for production of the entire weapon we can connect you with experts.

We can customize any of these machines for various production purposes (modified controls, adding robots loading system etc).

The 3 units are currently located at our main facility near Oviedo/Spain and can be viewed for demo with short notice.

We can arrange all logistics, typically from a Spanish or German port.
