| The Sirius is a Generation 2 night vision monocular from Armasight. Due to its high-quality glass optics with multi-coated lenses you get a view under every lighting condition. The Gen 2 image intensifier provides a high resolution between standard and High Definition images, this is called Improved Definition. The Manual Gain Control give you the best possible image contrast under very high and very low light conditions. Should the rifle scope be overexposed, then the viewer automatically shuts down to prevent damage to it's fragile internal components. In addition, the built-in infrared can be set to either a spot or flood beam and allows you to view up to 150 meters in complete darkness. The body is made of high quality aluminum and is also resistant to all weather types. |
