Zoli Antonio Focus 1

The ZOLI Focus is the third generation of express rifles sold throughout the world. Its structure, look, ballistic performance and dynamic embody the know-how acquired over the last 40 years by the Zoli. Every gun in the Focus line comes with a reinforced action body made from a solid block of forged steel. The trigger system is mounted on a detachable plate, a feature never seen on express rifles before, which helps relieve both trigger and plate from structural stresses. Every Focus comes with a top rib fitted for the ZOLI fast scope mount, a fixed rear sight anda blade sight adjustable in height. Both sights feature optic fiber inserts which favor intuitive aiming. The Focus is available with either single trigger or double triggers with set trigger, extractors/ejectors and extra sets of barrels in the following configurations: two rifled-bore barrels, two smooth-bore barrels in 20 Mag or a smooth bore barrel + a rifled bore barrel. The stock on the “Focus1” features a round cheek piece, a Bavarian cheek piece on the “Focus2” and a round cheek piece with double border on the “Focus3”. The wooden butt plates are always finely checkered. Thanks to their handling characteristics and stability the guns in the Focus line are ideal for driven hunts and hunts in small areas. When provided with one or two extra sets of barrels they become perfect hunting companions for almost every situation. The foresight is adjustable for elevation and is fitted with a fibreoptic element to aid in rapid sight acquisition. The rear sight is fitted with fibreoptic elements to aid in rapid sight acquisition and can be moved, left and right, for azimuth adjustments. The trigger plate, on which is mounted the whole firing mechanism, is detachable ensuring a strong structure and easy maintenance. The action, triigger plate and monoblock form the foundation of the gun. Such components are all made using forged alloy steel. The locking system uses a split locking bolt that mates accurately with the locking lugs of the monoblock ensuring maximum tightness. Safety Device to prevent Accidental Percussion (SDAP) avoids accidental discharge due to violent shocks, breakage or disengagement of the sears. The Focus Express is equipped, as standard, with a swallow-tailed rib to accomodate either the Zoli quick-detachable or fixed scope mounts. The Focus Express is available with either single trigger or double set trigger. An adjustable trigger is also available on request. The firing pins are guided by a bushing that ensures perfect operation. The bushing is vented to allow the escape of gas should a primer be ruptured on firing. Every Focus Express double rifle can also be ordered as either ejector or extractor only.
