Weatherby Chris Kyle Mark V Accumark

Weatherby has teamed with Kryptek and the family and friends of the late Chris Kyle to create a limited edition series of Mark V Accumark rifles in his honor. Only 26 individually numbered Chris Kyle Mark V Accumark rifles will be offered. Weatherby will donate a portion of the sales proceeds to Chris Kyle’s family. Widely recognized as an American hero, Navy SEAL Chief Kyle was the author of two New York Times best sellers, “American Sniper: The Autobiography of the Most Lethal Sniper in U.S. Military History” and “American Gun, A History of the U.S. in Ten Firearms.” In February 2013, Kyle and his friend Chad Littlefield were tragically killed in a shooting while trying to help a fellow veteran. Each rifle, chambered in .300 Winchester Magnum, features Kyle’s favorite camouflage pattern, Kryptek Highlander, hydrographically applied to the stock. Other features include Flat Dark Earth Cerakote metal finish for exceptional weather and corrosion resistance, and the Chris Kyle Frog logo laser-etched on the floorplate. Each rifle comes with a special-edition CD donated by platinum-selling country music artist and Team Weatherby member, Darryl Worley. The CD includes Worley’s number-one smash hit, “Have You Forgotten?”. Accuracy-enhancing features of the Chris Kyle rifle include a hand-laminated, raised comb, Monte Carlo composite stock, and button-rifled #3 contour free-floating stainless steel fluted barrel with recessed target crown. A CNC-machined aluminum bedding plate provides a strong platform for securing the barreled action to the stock. The trigger is factory tuned and fully adjustable. A Pachmayr Decelerator pad on the buttstock helps reduce felt recoil.
