The Viking Tactics, Inc. Delta Rail by Troy Industries, allows the operator to easily transform their M4 Carbine length system into a fully free floated Carbine. Simply by removing the existing plastic, non free floating hand guards and screwing the VTAC Delta Rail in place the operator is ready for action. The system comes with all the tools and parts needed for the weapon transformation.
