| The EXFIL Ballistic helmet features a hybrid composite shell with unique geometry for increased strength and optimal fit. The innovative, boltless Cam Fit retention quickly adjusts to individual head shapes – Size 1 (S/L) and Size 2 (XL) – providing a comfortable stable fit while reducing the size chart for operational units. Its unique Zorbium foam liner protects against impact and allows for an overhead communications headband. Customisable comfort is achieved through a set of movable comfort pads. The EXFIL rail 2.0 mounting system is compatible with the majority of industry specific product lines for special operations (including oxygen straps, Peltor adapters, BT and Streamlight illumination systems). EXFIL is NiJ STD 0106.01 /0108.01 Level IIIA; achieving 17gr V50 ≥ 2,400 ft/sec (731 m/s) and meets current ACH Blunt Impact Protection requirements (AR/PD 10-02). Daniel Technologies currently supply an off-the-shelf solution to include Peltor ComTac Adaptor Kit, Hel-Star marker light for HALO/HAHO Operations and MOHOC Elite Ops camera system. The dynamics of this helmet have been received very positively by our customer base, with some special forces units already adopting the EXFIL in 2015 and going forward for 2016. |
