Steyr AUG 9mm

Designed for operations where caliber 9 mm is the best choice. High accuracy is achieved by 420 mm barrel which gives a higher muzzle energy. The closed bolt firing system gives the extra edge in accuracy and safety. The barrel is threaded to accept various silencers. With an optional muzzle device CS and CN rifle grenades may be launched. A bayonet holder is also available. Bull Pup design, short overall length, optical sight with ring reticule, high hit probability, training simplicity, highest operational versatility. Action: Blow back system. Trigger: „Pull through“ trigger system. Fires semi automatic when pulled halfway to a clearly felt point, fires fully automatic when pulled fully back. Trigger mechanism: Synthetic (except for springs, steel bearing pins and catch holding open). Optional 3 rounds burst. Safety: Lateral push-through type locks trigger, integrated firing pin safety Housing group: A1 with 1.5x optical sight standard A2 with scope or Picatinny rail.
