THE SIG516 SERIES brings the advanced short stroke pushrod gas system, and a three position adjustable gas valve to a true AR platform tactical rifle. A free-floating forearm provides accuracy, while a chrome-lined and phosphate coated barrel provides durability and corrosion resistance. A 7075-T6 aircraft grade aluminum forged lower receiver adds to the durability and reliability. With five available barrel lengths, including a heavy barrel 18” configuration, there is a SIG516 for a variety of real world applications. The SIG516 Sport Configuration Model (SCM) ships with a 10 round magazine and includes Flip-up adjustable iron sights.
