The SW40V was striker fired semiautomatic pistol made from 1998 to 2002 by Smith & Wesson in two finishes, grey or black. The SW40V was the first refinement of the series Fs, with a better grip frame and stainless steel slide. Sights are black polymer 3 dot type, stake on front and dovetailed combat rear.
