The S&W 4006TSW features a stainless steel frame and slide, double action/single action handgun with 4-inch barrel, slide-mounted de-cock/safety and an 11-round staggered-column magazine. The S&W 4006TSW 3rd generation features an accessory rail integrated into the frame as opposed to a mounted rail used in previous generations. These also have novak style sights. Both of these features were made for the California Highway Patrol. These guns feature a CHP prefixed serial number.
