The PDW (Personal Defense Weapon,) is designed for close quarter combat, personal security teams, and where maximum discretion is required. The MMCA PDW offers the compact size of a submachine gun with the penetration of a rifle caliber. The fast operating retractable wire stock allows for easy entrance and exit of vehicles. The PDW is offered in barrel lengths of 7.5, 10.5 or 14.7(pinned) inches and semi auto or full auto capable at 700-800rpm. Upper Receiver: Machined from 7075 T6 to Mil-Spec. Indexing Marks, M4 Feed Ramps, hard coat anodized. Lower Receiver: Machined from 7075 T6 to Mil-Spec. Flared Magazine Well, hard coat anodized. Barrel: 4150 CrMV Steel, nitride treated, M4 extension. Trigger: Enhanced nitride treated Mil-Spec single stage trigger, creep adjusted, polished engagement surfaces, crisp 5 lb. break. Muzzle: Blast Shield or Compensator. Bolt Carrier Group: PDW Proprietary Nickel Boron coated (lubeless operation), full auto rated, MPI test, staked gas key. Gas Block: MMC Armory Low-profile glass block.
