This is because this version is designed especially for RedWolf Airsoft by Marushin for the export market (outside of Japan where there is only a 1J limit). For those of you living in Sweden where Green Gas is illegal, then this CO2 version should rest just fine with customs! Be sure to stock up on BBs for unlimited shooting.
