Kipplauf- Single shot rifle w. underlever mechanism. A small, elegant single shot rifle, cal. .222 Rem, with octagonal barrel, and the stock of Circasion walnut wood - bird´s eye structured. Fine engraving of 28 alpine flowers. Fanzoj use for all their rifles Circasion Walnut Root wood, dried in their special stock room down to 8% humidity. Best surface finish achieved by sandpaper/ oiling procedure (3-4months). Fanzoj uses special oil mixture - their own receipe. Barrel finish: deep-blued ( "Streichbrünieren": not the "dipping" method used in industrial gun manufacturing, but the more careful, longlasting method of applying the chemical liquid by hand several times a day - takes 4-5days all together. |
