Complete inside and outside parts are wear-resistant constructed, guaranteed to last almost a life-time due toespecially strong steel alloy. The surface is additionally tempered and polished. All suits and guides are subject to very tight production tolerance and therefore achieve through a sharpening process „h6"-quality - representing a maximum of precision. 1) FRAME: CNC-milled, made of special steel chrome-moly. Additional tempered surface. Surface highly polished and brown-finished. Other surfaces available / coatings at extra charge. Famous trigger with a ball-construction without pressure point. Safety lever automatically controlled. Cylinder with quick unlocking. Triggerstop fine adjustment. Adjustement for accurate dosage of trigger weight. Form of butts acc. to S&W-frame, type N-Roundb. Dynamic main spring for steady, but not increasing unloading characteristic, constructed to 5.00 Newton. Slowmotion timing for gliding run. 2) BARREL / Lenghts of barrel chooseable from 4" up to 10". Barrel made of coated, chambered steel, chrome-moly match grade. Model Lothar Walther (Polygon or prethreaded possible at extra charge). Preparation of the adapter for weight balance. 3) CYLINDER made of heat-treated and tempered steel with high share of chrome. Cylinder generally not canalised ( possible at extra charge). Cartridge bearing CNC turned and lobated. Precisely tempered and sharpened, both ends fixed. Bushing part for trouble-free permanent use. Ejector ratchet with stem and center points. Latch pin assembly with JTL-ball, gold-plated. 4) SIGHTING: Front sight and rear sight exchangeable and self-adjustable. Precise adjustment by a 12-step-turning-pin. Elevator-micrometer, separate for height and side. Adapter preparation for other systems. 5) TRIGGER: Trigger characteristic exchangeable due to three different point rolls. The triggerpoint can be choosen from „soft", „middle" to „hard", individual chooseable. Trigger weight also infinitely variable from the exterior from 1000 - 2000 g by SA or 4000 - 6000 g by DA. 6) TRIGGERSTOP: precise adjustable. 7) HAMMER: With grooved thumb plate for safe pre-tension by SA and massive hammer plate, with effect of no delay on the firing pin. 8) GRIP PLATES: Standard equipment with original „Nill"-wood grip plates. Other grip plates made of rubber or fromother producers at extra charge. Plates screwed together and magnetically secured with JTL-emblem-disc, gold-plated.
