The FN PSRs offer Controlled Round Feed (CRF), so each cartridge is fully controlled as it enters the chamber to protect fragile bullet tips and assure ultrasmooth feeding. The PSR's proven three-position safety blocks the firing pin, yet allows operation of the bolt for chamber unloading. Free floating barrels are hammer-forged with hard chrome plated bores and recessed target crowns. Actions are carefully bedded into McMillan composite stocks to help maintain a consistent zero and enhance accuracy.
