The Extreme R8 is the Carbon rifle system based on the Blaser R8 action with interchangeable barrels. The rifle stock is made of carbon graphite for lighter weight and reduced recoil and houses the R8 receiver and trigger mechanism. The barrel is made with a specially manufactured Blaser R8 barrel liner wrapped in carbon graphite.
The Extreme R8 stock is scratch-proof, maintains its form in all weather conditions and requires no maintenance. Its performance is comparable with a heavy bench-rest stock. It produces over 30% less recoil shock due to the high density of carbon graphite and the structural design of our Carbon Stock.
