| Vampire ST – integrable with a tactical optical sight system – designed for civil or military purposes, and provides, automatic calculation of vertical and horizontal amendments, controlled entry of the vertical amendments into the sight, visual and voice notification of shooter. At amendments calculation considered: Target range; Elevation angle; Air temperature and humidity, atmospheric pressure; Ballistic characteristics of the ammunition; Wind direction and strength; Derivation, Coriolis effect. Vampire ST – mounted on an optical sight, and matched with the vertical amendments entry mechanism., Ballistic module will perform the calculation and will show the calculated value of amendments, target range, as well as an accurate shot distance for the current position of the vertical amendments drum at the OLED screen for measured by rangefinder or manually entered range. Following the instructions at the display and voice guidance at the Bluetooth headset, there is no need for the shooter to “count clicks”, by quickly rotating of the drum until reaching the target’s range. Vampire ST optionally equipped with: IR&D laser rangefinder , mounted at sight or weapon’s foregrip and connected with the ballistic module by wire or telemetry radio channel; IR&D Windmaster meteorological station with ultrasonic wind speed and direction sensors (without vane and impeller), pressure, temperature and humidity; iOS / Android application for smartphones and tablets for target coordinates calculation and its displaying at the electronic map |
