The Crosman Varminator Air Rifle uses a Nitro Piston power plant to propel a .177 pellet up to 1,200 fps, adequate for small game hunting and pest control. Nitro Piston technology delivers extremely quiet shooting, smooth cocking, and reduced recoil and vibration after the shot. The Nitro Piston also does not lose any velocity when cocked for long periods, nor suffer any adverse effects from temperature. The Varminator combines this superior powerplant with a rifled steel barrel. A 2-stage adjustable trigger allows precise shot placement. The Crosman Varminator Nitro Piston Air Rifle comes with an OD synthetic all-weather stock, and a CenterPoint 4x32mm scope that also features a laser sight. Nitro Piston power plant.
