The Carbon R8 is 600 gram lighter than the standard R8, with 30% less recoil and solid, scratch-proof carbon stock. It features the original Blaser Standard, Semi-Weight or Safari Steel Barrel. The Carbon R8 stock is designed by engineers to provide a straight line-of-sight. This enables rapid target acquisition in driven hunts and a comfortable aiming position for long range shooting. The Carbon R8 is beautifully balanced with a particularly comfortable shooting action. The Carbon R8 is very portable Takedown rifle.
