Cadex CDX-R7 Shepherd

The new CDX-R7 Sheepdog and Shepherd are precision rifles designed for shooters who prefer a traditional style stock to chassis systems. These rifles feature Cadex new fully adjustable synthetic stock. The ergonomics of this new stock is a great blend between the stability offered by bench stocks and light weight hunting stocks. The stock feature a built-in micro-chassis system for improved accuracy. This out of the box rifle is as good as a custom gun. Heavy duty 1.350” custom grade action. 416 stainless action and bolt. AICS magazine compatible (5 or 10 rounds). Interchangeable top rail 0, 20 or 30 MOA. 4 lug bolt with 50° bolt throw. Tool-free bolt disassembly. Non-reflective paint. 1.238” straight taper fluted match grade barrel. Built-in aluminum micro-chassis. The Cadex DX2 trigger is a double stage trigger adjustable about 2 to 5 lbs. Both stages can be adjusted separately. It features an adjustable trigger shoe to improve ergonomics. In order for Cadex to offer the best extreme long range sub-MOA precision rifle, we selected Bartlein Barrels. Teamed with our Cadex designed 1.250” straight taper, fluted barrel and a threaded muzzle. All Cadex R7 barrels are Match Grade, Single Point cut, 5R rifling with an optimized twist rate. Built-in aluminum micro-chassis technology. Provides a stable platform that eliminates any movement of the action in the micro-chassis. No bedding required. The cheek rest is adjustable up and down, right and left, plus in angle for a perfect alignment with the rifle scope eyepiece. Available in 0 MOA, 20 MOA or 30 MOA. Unique top rail localisation system with integrated recoil groove machined into the action upper section. Oversized trigger guard and magazine release for easy manipulation with gloves.
