Barnard 10SS

A tactical style, single shot rifle designed by Steve Bartlett around our P-Chey action and 408 CheyTac case. It shares many of the Model 07 and model 10 attributes with the exception of the magazine and is now compatible with the model PL action by using a UHMPWE bedding packer. This rifle was essentially designed to become a test bed for the in-house development of the P-Chey action. The stock chassis is machined billet 6061 aluminum with a tubular fore-end. All Aluminum parts are protected by marine grade anodizing. All fasteners are grade 12.9 cap screws. Adjustable Cheek-piece. Adjustable butt plate (custom fitted Pachmayar). Comes with Butt-spike bag rider, 30 MOA Scope-rail and Barnard Target Trigger. Extra Details: No front or rear sights, all rifles come with a standard picatiny rail. Can be fitted with central sight blocks to allow for CENTRAL, REDFIELD, RPA, WARNER sights etc. The Model P action can come with dovetailing for Anschutes sights. Materials used in the product: Action Reciever = 4340. Action Bolt = EN39b. Bolt handle = 6061 Aluminum. Stock Chassis = 6061 Aluminum. No specific barrel finish. 416R Stainless steel is the standard true flight barrel material. All rifle come standard with a true flite Ultra Match Grade barrel. Twist is dependant on the customers desired caliber. Model 10SS Barrel: True Flite, 1-11 1 Twist, 6 Grove, Ultra match grade barrel with desired contour. Drop of the Heel and Comb are fully adjustable. Extra Features: Stock length adjustable. Adjustable cheek piece. Adjustable butspike or bag rider. Eyelet swivel attachments. 17 to 30 MOA Scope Rails.
