The sleeve (hereinafter referred to as the product) is the main element of the shot in artillery systems of separate cartridge charging, which is intended for placing and combining a metal charge, means of ignition and auxiliary elements, as well as obturation of powder gases during firing.

Application

2042 product is intended for equipping with metal charges and further use in shots to 152 mm D-20 (2C3) caliber artillery systems.
