LLC «Molot-Oruzhie» was founded in 2009 on the basis of «Vyatskie Polyany Machine-Building Plant MOLOT» and became its legal successor.
The plant is situated in the city of Vyatskiye Polyany, which has an advantageous geographic location: less than 200 km from the cities of Kazan, Izhevsk, Naberezhnye Chelny. The plant has a developed infrastructure including rail and road transport.
Development strategy
Today «Molot-Oruzhie» is a modern enterprise that has rich traditions in production of military goods and civilian firearms. «Molot» is a time-tested team that has a glorious history, and is confidently moving ahead.
Our goal — is not just to preserve the achieved positions, but also to continue the increase of production volumes, to improve the quality of the works performed, to ensure an increase the efficiency of the enterprise in all areas, to strengthen the social security of our staff.
Our industrial complex which has been created during a long period of time includes machine-assembling, foundry production, thermal process and welding production sites, electroplating, woodworking, plastics and tool-making facilities. This allows successfully fulfilling state defense orders. Today our enterprise is one of the leading manufacturers of hunting and sporting firearms. In addition, the enterprise produces such consumer goods as packing machines, swivel joints etc., and provides industrial services.
The enterprise possesses of measuring laboratories of linear and angular, weight, electrical, thermal, radio and other types of measurements, a mechanical testing laboratory, chemical laboratory, spectral and x-ray laboratories, climatic and bench tests laboratories.
Our fleet of modern multi-purpose high-precision production equipment is expanding every year. This makes it possible to perform complex machining of parts, to work with hard alloy tools at high velocities and difficult cutting modes, to reduce the labor input of the process of manufacturing parts.
Our firearms are highly reliable and trouble-free even in the most extreme operating conditions. Such characteristics are confirmed by tests, which the samples undergo during the manufacturing process. The testing methods include requirements similar to those imposed on military small arms according to State standard (GOST), Industrial standard (OST) and Technical specifications.
The range of firearm types produced by our enterprise is constantly expanding, in many cases in cooperation with international manufacturers.
Every year we participate in the world’s major arms exhibitions presenting new models of firearms. Our showcases keep gathering a large number of gun enthusiasts and firearm experts.
