Product innovation - as seen in the AM 180 - the fastest fireing anti-terror weapon available, the development of the first rifle with a laser sighting mechanism in 1972, series production of the first hunting rifle for ammunition with combustible shell casings or the take down system, in which the stock can be removed using a quick-release locking mechanism.
Production technology - VOERE has state-of-the-art machinery with high speed processing on up to ten axes.
Personnel resources - 90% of our employees are qualified technical specialists; many of our managers began as apprentice machinists, toolmakers and gunsmiths.
