VO Vapen was founded in 1977 rooted in the determination to build the world’s most exclusive hand-made rifles for hunting and collection. Master Gunsmith Viggo Olsson, who had had a lifelong passion for beautifully crafted artefacts, started off in a small workshop behind his house in Kristianstad in the south of Sweden. This is a rural region famous for its hunting traditions. Together with his son Ulf, Viggo Olsson carefully selected his staff and slowly but surely their reputation spread throughout the globe. Their focus was on exclusive collections, limited editions and unique tailor-made rifles for the most demanding of customers. And from the very first rifle created in that very small workshop, until the weapons produced today in the magnificent VO Faktori – next to the castle of Trolle Ljungby – where craftsmen work side by side, the vision has always been the same: building the finest rifles possible.Claim this company account
