We utilize 4140 steel for the upper cover (slide), subjecting it to a comprehensive series of treatments, including ultrasonic crack detection, straightening, cold drawing, stress relief, and tempering. Additionally, the forging process is conducted using steel shot and incorporates both sandblasting and hardening techniques. The slide undergoes a melonite coating process in collaboration with the French Hef Group, which maintains a branch in Türkiye. Furthermore, we provide various coating and finishing options, including QPQ, DLC, DVP coatings, as well as Cerakote painting. It is also noteworthy that the polymer used in the lower frame has been specifically formulated for Tori. This imported polymer is supported by an unbreakable guarantee, enabling us to offer a “10-YEAR WARRANTY” on the pistols we manufacture.
