PGM Precision

Creation PGM précision was created in 1993 and is a company located in Poisy in Haute Savoie (French Alps). It is now part of the Teissier Technique group, which is specialised in precision mechanics for aviation, armaments, luxury and robotics. Located near from PGM Precision. As part of the same holding company, this allows PGM to have control of manufacturing quality. KEY DATES: 1991: Mr Gilles Payen created the first Ultima Ratio, for the RAID (elite unit of the French police force). 1993: PGM Précision is created. The acronym PGM corresponds to the first letter of the name of each partner in the company: Payen, Gonnet and Morier. 1995: PGM Précision wins the tender for the 12.7 calibre Hecate II rifles for the French army. All infantry regiments and French special forces are equipped with this weapon. 2001: Launch of the Mini Hecate I rifle in 308W according to Swiss police specifications. 2002: Launch of the PGM338 rifle. 2014 : Launch of the LUDIS rifle. The Ludis is the first weapon from PGM to be designed for sports shooters. It combines the price of a good custom with PGM Precision quality. 2018 : Launch of the Mini Hecate II, presented in preview at EUROSATORY. Our mission As the last French manufacturer of sniper rifles, PGM Précision is proud to offer its products “made in France” to French or foreign users. The French gunmaking tradition is legendary and we are proud to be the heirs of this French gunmaking expertise. With its high level French mechanical manufacturing, PGM offers high quality and high precision weapons.
