PassionFrance is a specialist for French knives. The wide range includes the traditional pocket-knives of all French regions as well as steak-/table- and kitchen-knives. The PassionFrance items follow the old tradition of craftsmanship and are entirely hand-made in France.
Each knife is entirely assembled from start to finish by one single craftsman. As regards the steel pieces, they are manufactured in traditional forges, using the best quality steels for its elements from fine-grained carbon-steels to high-alloyed inox-steels perfectly corresponding to its specifications. The handles are made from premium natural materials such as horn, bone and precious woods.
