Established in 2021 in Toronto, Ontario, we originated as a small, China-backgrounded team under the Staradiance subsidiary network. Leveraging unique cross-border channels, we began with the import and export of medical devices and optical sights, achieving rapid growth through exclusive Canadian agency rights. Since 2023, we have expanded into the firearms and tactical gear sector — introducing the HAWKEYE line of optical riflescopes from China, along with quick-release pouches and medical kits for ballistic vests, gaining adoption among select law enforcement users. We also served as the sole Canadian partner for Batmaz, assisting in the market entry of their firearms. Today, our primary focus is firearms distribution and retail in the Canadian civilian market, backed by proven import/export expertise, niche-market positioning, strong relationships with both manufacturers and end users, and extensive real-world experience in product forecasting and selection.
