About Company
Our family business “Coutellerie de Laguiole Honoré Durand” has been in operation for 30 years.
It employs 28 people.
Our traditional craftsmanship involves a combination of two professions:
- the blacksmith’s trade (making of blades, springs, etc.)
-and the trade of knifemaker (fitting, assembling, crafting, etc., the blanks to make a finished Laguiole).
We offer classic models, which respect the history and traditions of Aubrac, but also modern models:
- our Laguiole pocket knives, from the classic version to a one-of-a-kind model, with or without personalization
