Nach dem Tod von Helmut Hofmann im Jahre 1981 übernahm dessen Frau Inge die Firmenleitung, die wiederum das  Zepter 1987 an Ihren Sohn Peter Hofmann weitergab. Als Mitgesellschafter kamen 1998 Detlef Reuß und Ulrich Schmitt dazu, die heute das Unternehmen erfolgreich führen. Seit Firmengründung ist die Firma Hofmann Remington Importeur und heute Anbieter eines breiten Spektrums von Waffen, Optik, Munition, Wiederladen, Bekleidung und Zubehör.
