Core Capabilities

• Mass and batch production of small-to-medium-sized precision parts (metals and plastics)
• Swiss-type CNC turning for complex, micro-machined components
• Laser welding and marking (including color marking for serialization/branding)
• Manual and semi-automated assembly of sub-assemblies
• Heat treatment and plating via a trusted supplier network

• 27 Swiss-type CNC lathes in 12–38 mm range
• 2 CNC lathes with 65 mm stock, equipped with bar feeders
• 2 CNC laser welding machines
• 2 laser marking machines
• 2 CMM and 2 VMM measurement machines
• Supporting facilities: multiple vacuum washing, deburring and polishing machines

 

2025 Expansion

• New 80 mm CNC lathe installations for larger components
• Factory expansion to 2,900 m², enhancing production scalability

Our smart factory leverages IoT, big data, and in-house software for real-time production control, quality assurance, and SPC calculations—ensuring efficiency and reliability for military-grade standards and beyond.
