Ata Mould was established in 1991 in the city of Istanbul. Ata Mould is the manufacturer of industrial moulds with particular specialty on manufacturing of plastic injection moulds as well as bottle moulds. Our company has been providing various domestic and foreign companies with high-quality products made of special plastic by employing high-quality raw materials, CNC production techniques, and designs.

Ata Mould has come to the forefront thanks to its products which have been manufactured for arms industry, and it has been serving to its customers with products subject to utility models and patents developed by Ata Mould. Some of mentioned products are as follows: shoulder straps, telescopic stocks, plastic magazines, shock keys, stocks, hand guards, trigger guards, etc.. Ata Mould is the first in Turkey to produce plastic trigger guard in 1993 for Sarsilmaz Arms Corporation. Moreover, Ata Mould has also been manufacturing plastic stocks, hand guards, plastic trigger guards, plastic should straps, plastic automatic gun case, plastic, plastic over and under shotgun case, plastic pistol cases, cartridge stopper, rear and front sight, pistol grip and bullets which breaks up into pieces when they touch the animal’s body as well as other plastic parts for Polymer pistol body and polymer body.

Ata Mould also manufactures bottles and cap moulds for distinguished companies in packaging industry.

Ata Mould creates customized designs in its design office located in the factory building extending over indoor area of 1200 square meters with 3 CNC milling machines, 5 manual milling machines, 2 electro erosion, 2 sanding and lathe machines and 17 technical personnel. After design process, we manufacture plastic products by observing high quality principle through our 5 injection machines of capacities ranging between 120 tons to 360 tons, and we provide finished goods to the appreciation of our esteemed customers after having conducted duly quality control inspections.
