A-TACS CAMO

A-TACS CamoTM was developed by Digtal Concealment Systems, (DCS) to answer the call for better and more effective camouflage system integration for duty personnel in any service branch from Military to Special Operations to Law Enforcement. There are two A-TACS Camo variants. The A-TACS AU Camo pattern is designed for arid and urban environments while the A-TACS FG Camo variant is designed to work in more temperate, greener settings.

Many of the modern digital camouflage patterns currently in use by the tactical community have flaws. The square pixels used to create the distortion effect do not replicate the shapes, forms and shadows of the environment they are deployed in-especially when viewed through optics. The ninety-degree angles and limited use of natural colors can in many cases, make detection easier. The A-TACS system replaces un-natural pixelated shapes with softer more natural looking "organically shaped" pixels grouped together into various light and dark regions creating a "pattern within a pattern" that is designed to break the human outline thereby, minimizing the "blobbing" effect that turns so many patterns into one color when viewed from a distance. Additionally, the A-TACS Camo patterns utilize color-blending or "fall-on" colors in a far greater range of tones than most currently available patterns. The result is a Total Concealment Solution.
