Self-loading hunting rifles are designed for hunting the medium-sized and big game under various climatic conditions. The rifles have been developed on the base of the venerable Kalashnikov assault rifle. The rifles are reloaded automatically due to the energy of the powder gases escaping from the barrel bore and the energy of the return spring as well. The barrel bore is locked while the bolt turns around its axis by means of the sliding bolt support. The trigger and firing mechanism of a hammer type provides single-shot firing and setting the rifles at safe. The safety of a lever type is found on the receiver RH side. The barrel bore and chamber are chrome-lined. The magazine is made of the impactresistant plastic. The bolt with three locking lugs is provided with a springloaded firing pin. The buttstock and fore end may come in wood (beech, birch, walnut) or impact-resistant plastic. To make firing more convenient the wooden buttstock is made with a cheek and rubber butt pad. On special order the magazine capacity may be reduced to 2 cartridges.
