The 5.56x45 mm SAR-SF is a highly effective semi-automatic rifle designed for hunting and competition shooting, belongs to the weapons whose action is based on the principle of conveying a part of the powder gases through a special port in the wall of the stationary barrel and their influence onto the bolt frame. The barrel is closed by turn of the bolt and engaging the firing stops in the receiver. The weapon is characterized by milled receiver made according to the method of hot die forging. The weapon is fed from a 30 round actuated staggered black polymer magazine. Sighting range of the weapon is 500 m. The bullet has a lethal range of 1100m. The lower hand guard and the upper hand guard are made of highly strong and hardy black polymer. 5,56 mm SAR-SF has a metal down folding butt. Extras: luminous spots on the sights; 20/30 round translucent magazine; 5-round black polymer magazine; front sight adjusting kit (in the ratio 1:10); blank fire attachment; lazer aim indicator. ARSENAL JSCo was founded in 1878 in the town of Rousse as first factory meant to serve the newly created Bulgarian Army. In 1924, due to some strategic considerations, it was transferred to Kazanlak by law of the National Assembly, and was given the name of State Military Works for the production of cartridges and repair of all military equipment for the need of army. Nowadays, the activities of ARSENAL JSCo are design, manufacturing and trade of small arms and artillery armaments, ammunition, primers, powders, charges, pyrotechnic products, hunting and sport weapons and ammunitions.
